Candace S. Faircloth is licensed to practice in North Carolina. Having served as an extern and attorney fellow with Safe Alliance, Victims Assistance, Candace brings experience as well as valuable insight concerning Mecklenburg County to our office. As a fellow at Safe Alliance, Candace was in the courtroom daily advocating for victims of domestic violence.
Candace was born and raised in the small town of Loris, SC. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, before pursuing her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. While in law school, Candace's practical experiences included various positions in both federal and state court, including serving as an extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Frank D. Whitney in US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and working as an intern at the Leesburg Public Defender's Office in Leesburg, VA.
Candace is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, Union County Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Family Law and Young Lawyer's Divisions of the NCBA.
Candace strives to provide the best support possible for those persons in need of legal representation. Whether civil or criminal, Candace believes that each client's situation should be handled as if she herself were in need of assistance.
