Patrick joined Collins Family & Elder Law Group in the fall of 2022 as an Elder Law Paralegal. He is based out of our Fort Mill, South Carolina office. Patrick focuses on several practice areas, including estates, trusts, elder law, Medicaid, special needs planning, guardianship, and more. He enjoys helping clients through emotional, life-changing situations and providing a listening ear.

Education & Experience

Patrick is a rare North Carolina native and lives in Gastonia, North Carolina, with his wife, daughter, and two cats. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Communications. He obtained his Paralegal degree from Central Piedmont Community College. Patrick assists Attorney Rebecca Daddino with all elder law matters and is integral in all aspects of cases.

Personal & Professional

Patrick enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing the guitar outside of work. He also enjoys going for a good hike and a fun camping trip.
