Jennifer L. Rodrigue is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. Jennifer is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, York County Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
Experience & Background
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law. During her undergraduate career, Jennifer had the opportunity to work with the Charleston County Coroner’s Office assisting with investigations and legal research, an experience she credits to her passion for the law. While in law school, Jennifer also had the opportunity to work with the Charleston Homeless Justice Project, where she was recognized for exceeding one hundred hours of volunteer service, and the General Counsel for the Medical University of South Carolina.
When she’s out of the office, Jennifer loves to spend time with her husband, her family, and her two dogs. Born and raised in upstate of South Carolina, Jennifer is a die-hard Carolina Gamecock fan and Carolina Panthers fan.
I have always had a passion for helping others find solutions, especially during those times that prove to be the most difficult. With a background in psychology, I have an ever-growing interest in and dedication to helping and understanding those struggling with mental health, which is often a factor in family law. I understand the stress and emotional impact a divorce or custody action and the frustration of finding “a new normal.” I am committed to guiding my clients through the legal process with compassion and understanding.
