Bio
Sarah Sykes, Attorney at Law, joined Collins Family & Elder Law Group in 2021 and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also divides her time among several firm offices, including Winston-Salem, Columbia, and Greenville, SC. She attended the University of Alabama, where she double majored in Political Science and Religious Studies. Sarah then went on to attend Mississippi College School of Law.
Experience & Scope of Practice
Sarah’s practice areas include divorce, equitable distribution, alimony and post-separation support, child custody, child support and child support enforcement, and adoption. Sarah has handled matters involving significant assets and navigated tax implications for optimal outcomes. Sarah also works as a Guardian ad Litem for both adults and children in Mecklenburg County. Sarah is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina.
