Biography
Madison Woschkolup is based out of our Fort Mill, SC office and is licensed to practice law in North and South Carolina. She was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Madison has handled a wide range of cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements. During her time in law school, Madison served as a staff member for Wake Forest Law Review and an Executive Editor of Wake Forest’s bioethics journal. She worked as a research assistant for Dean Suzanne Reynolds, assisting with her revisions to the 6th Edition of Reynolds on North Carolina Family Law.

Outside of the office, Madison loves to spend time with her family and friends. She grew up riding horses, and enjoys playing tennis and snowboarding every winter.
