Attorney at Law
Kirsten grew up in Mooresville, North Carolina and later moved to Lynchburg, Virginia where she attended Liberty University. She graduated from Liberty University with a major in Pre-law and a minor in Politics and Policy. During her time in at Liberty University, Kirsten served as a board member for the pre-law society. She later interned at the Office of Senator Thom Tillis in Washington, D.C.
Kirsten went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law in May of 2020. During law school she worked as a librarian and completed an internship with Porch Thompson Law of Salem, VA. It was during this time that she realized her growing interest in family law and specifically her passion for guiding families through the process of adoption.
Prior to joining Collins Family Law Group, Kirsten began her career in family law by advocating for parents in Juvenile Court in Iredell County. Kirsten joined Collins Family Law Group to focus her practice solely on the area of family law because she believes it is vital for every client to have representation throughout the process of divorce, child support, and child custody. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Young Lawyer’s Division of the American Bar Association.
When not in the office, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler Crawford, and their Poodle, Henry. She also enjoys visiting new coffee shops and reading.
