Making certain that clients feel comfortable, informed, and prepared for each step of the process
Carrie understands that the process of making life long decisions, during difficult times or expanding family decisions, through adoption or estate planning, can be time consuming and confusing for clients that have never endured the process previously. Carrie is focused on making certain that clients feel comfortable, informed, and prepared for each step of the process, whether it may be negotiations, mediation, planning, or litigation that you face.

Carrie is a member of the Union County Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, and the Family Law and Young Lawyer’s Divisions of the NCBA. Carrie serves as a co-chair on the Domestic Issues Committee for the YLD division (2012-2013).

I feel that I not only hired an attorney, but I gained a friend
Dear Ms. Quick: Thank you very much all you did to assist with the custody of my daughter. Though we still have another appearance before the court, your professionalism has been outstanding in every way. Once I realized that I had to seek legal counsel in order to gain the custody of my daughter, I called a friend of mine that is an attorney in another state, and she quickly recommended you. From the first conference call to the end of the first appointment, you provided me with a greater understanding of the family/custody laws of my state. It was from that understanding that I was able to base my future decisions. I appreciate the way you explained the laws and the process of hearings and meetings to me in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you for your constant patience when I needed to ask a lot of questions along the way. I felt as though I was speaking to a friend, and not just my attorney. I also appreciate the way you quickly and thoroughly answered each and every email I sent. You answered each of my phone calls in the same manner, returning my calls on the same day. All of the invoices for services provided put me at ease as well. They were detailed and explained where every penny was spent and were sent routinely every month. Though this experience was not what I would want for anyone, I cannot thank you enough for your part in making it as smooth as possible. Gaining complete custody of my daughter was the best possible outcome I could have asked for, and you helped make that happen. I hope your New Year is blessed in every way. I feel that I not only hired an attorney, but I gained a friend through this process as well.
