Bio
Tracey Hower is an experienced family law attorney who advises clients through complex divorce and custody matters with clarity, strategy, and discretion. With more than sixteen years of experience, she represents individuals navigating significant personal and financial transitions, including cases involving substantial assets and contested family dynamics.
Her background in immigration and bankruptcy law provides a broader perspective that is particularly valuable in matters where financial and legal issues overlap. This allows her to identify potential complications early and develop practical, forward-focused strategies.
As the Founder and former Principal of Hower Law Firm LLC, Tracey built a reputation for disciplined advocacy and client-focused problem solving. She was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2016 through 2019—an honor awarded to a small percentage of attorneys. She has also contributed to appellate litigation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in a matter resulting in published case law.
